ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Care representative you will be responsible for helping our current customers with any needs or questions they may have. This can include resolving issues, helping with claims, answering billing and coverage questions, obtaining and sending documents, answering phone calls and returning phone calls, and completing other administrative tasks. Your goal is to create and provide the best customer experience possible with each interaction.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Detail oriented
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
